Commercial Brokers Group- 2016 Deal of the Year Awards

We’re thrilled to congratulate some of Iconica’s partners and brokers for their prestigious awards from Commercial Brokers Deal of the Year Awards.

On Feb. 1st, The Commercial Brokers Group held their annual awards night.  The evening and awards highlighted their colleagues in the greater Madison area who have displayed exceptional achievement in sale and or lease transactions. Once submitted, a panel of experts go through all of the deals. Awards may be based on size and dollar volume but also the degree of difficulty, unique situations, and the transaction’s contribution to the community. Winners were chosen in each of the following categories:

OFFICE, RETAIL, INDUSTRIAL, MULTI-FAMILY/INVESTMENT, LAND/OTHER and OVERALL DEAL OF THE YEAR.

Iconica was pleased to play a part in the following projects that won their respective categories:

RETAIL-DEAL OF THE YEAR – Under Armour with John Bergh, of White Box Commercial Property Group – Representing the owner, M & A Towers.

LAND-DEAL OF THE YEAR – Windsor Crossing, 85-acres of mixed-use development, with Gregory Frahm, Alexander Real Estate Services and representing the Village of Windsor.

OVERALL DEAL OF THE YEAR – Sauk Trails Park II with Kevin Carey and The Carey Group – representing NSI (a division of West Bend Insurance) and Aris Gialamas representing The Gialamas Company.
