Iconica selected to build and renovate Bishops Bay Country Club

Iconica, the leading integrated architecture, engineering, and construction firm announced its selection by Bishops Bay Country Club to build a new addition and renovation of its existing building in Middleton, Wisconsin.

The project includes construction of a new event and dining hall, renovation of the existing dining room, bar, bathrooms, and exterior work on the historical building.

Bishops Bay Country Club is a private golf course and club on the shore of Lake Mendota in Middleton with views of downtown Madison and the Isthmus.

“We are honored to have our team working on this historic building for members and guests to use and enjoy. The impact of the renovation and additional room will be immediate as the club opens in April right after our renovations,” said Iconica President, Jim Pientka.

Iconica has finished the design work with their Architects and Engineers and will now begin construction in October of this year and is expected to finish in April 2018.
