Welcoming Iconica’s 2026 Summer Interns

This year, six students are joining our Madison, Wisconsin design-build team across MEP engineering, architecture, construction management, field operations, and marketing. From the field to the office, they’re ready to hit the ground running — and we couldn’t be more excited to have them!

Jeremiah Blassingame

Jeremiah Blassingame

MEP Design Intern

Jeremiah is joining us from North Carolina A&T State University where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering. This summer, he is working with our MEP design team. Jeremiah is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment and see how classroom learning translates into real-world projects. Jeremiah is especially interested in how MEP systems work alongside architectural design and how collaboration between disciplines drives successful projects.

Lauren Dresang

Lauren Dresang

Architectural Technician Intern

Lauren is pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in American Sign Language Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. This summer, she is working with our architectural team to learn from our experienced designers and aid project development. Lauren is looking forward to collaborating with new people, working on new projects, and seeing how all the moving pieces of a project come together.

Brie Faber

Brie Faber

Marketing Intern

Brie attends the University of Wisconsin–Madison pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy-Physics and an additional degree in Dance. This summer, she will be working with our marketing team to promote Iconica through social media and at local events. Brie is especially excited to collaborate and connect with everyone in the office, as well as to continue learning in a professional environment.

Hartley Mohar

Hartley Mohar

Construction Project Management Intern

Hartley is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Architecture at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. This summer, he is supporting our project managers, gaining experience in client communication, scheduling, and team coordination. Hartley is most excited to learn new aspects of construction management and gain hands-on experience that will support future growth in the industry.

Seth Niday

Seth Niday

Field Engineer Intern

Seth is studying Construction Management at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and is back with Iconica for his third consecutive summer. Working with our field team at active job sites in the Madison area, Seth continues to deepen his knowledge of the superintendent role and on-site construction operations.

Colton Uselman

Field Engineer Intern

Colton studies Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. This summer, he’s working with Iconica’s field team, gaining real-world experience at current project sites and seeing firsthand how our collaborative design-build process brings projects to life.

Growing the Next Generation of Design-Build Professionals

We’re proud to invest in emerging talent from universities across Wisconsin and beyond. Our internship program gives students meaningful, hands-on experience across every phase of commercial design-build — from early design and engineering through construction and project closeout.
