Meet Iconica’s 2025 Summer Interns in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
Each summer, we’re excited to welcome a new group of interns who bring fresh perspectives, energy, and a shared enthusiasm for learning. Our 2025 interns are already making meaningful contributions across our teams in architectural design, engineering, and construction, jumping into their roles with enthusiasm.
It’s rewarding to see their ideas take shape and their confidence grow. Through hands-on projects and mentorship, we’re proud to offer internship opportunities each summer that provide meaningful experience and help shape the future of our industry.
Introducing Our 2025 Iconica Summer Interns
Cal Fettig — MEP Design Engineer Intern
Cal joins us from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where he is majoring in Mechanical Engineering. This summer, he is supporting our MEP design team with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Cal is especially looking forward to learning what goes on behind a job site to make a project successful. He’s eager to apply his technical knowledge, gain insight into the coordination process, and see how thoughtful systems design plays a role in overall project success.
Maryam Sayeed — Architectural Technician Intern
Maryam studies Architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and brings a great mix of creativity and technical skill to our architectural team. She is excited to learn from experienced designers at Iconica and to gain insights that go beyond the classroom. Maryam is especially looking forward to seeing how projects come together in a real-world setting and being part of a collaborative, creative team. Her thoughtful approach and eagerness to grow are already making a positive impact.
Sam Ibeling — Construction Project Management Intern
Sam is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where he is studying Construction Management. This summer, he is working closely with our project managers to assist with scheduling, coordination, and client communication. Sam is looking forward to working with professionals in the construction field, making connections, and learning as much as he can. His enthusiasm for growth and his interest in how projects come together make him a great fit for the team.
Seth Niday — Field Engineer Intern
Seth returns to Iconica after joining us last summer as a General Laborer. He is currently studying at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is spending this summer with our field team in a new role as a Field Engineer Intern. Seth is most looking forward to getting back out there, working and interacting with everyone. With his previous on-site experience and strong interest in field operations, he’s ready to take on new challenges and continue learning in the fast-paced, hands-on environment of the job site.
