The ADDI

Iconica is thrilled to support Developer Anthony Gray on his first commercial project, ‘The ADDI.’ The housing complex is focused on 20 percent workforce housing and the remainder market rate. The building will be on University Avenue in Middleton, close to the Parkwood Shopping Plaza and Willy Street Co-op. The contemporary apartment building will have 39 residential units of varying sizes with first level features under building parking, a dog wash, and a bike maintenance station.

Iconica’s design team worked with Anthony to create his vision of an appealing building for the residents and the neighborhood while the preconstruction team collaborated to align the design and cost. The exterior combines brick, composite wood siding, and concrete masonry. The apartments vary from studio to one- and two-bedrooms, several with unit balconies. The interior design will have coordinating modern layouts and finishes.
