As Vice President, Mike’s primary responsibility is to lead the project team during the construction phase to ensure that project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction objectives are met. He coordinates and leads project meetings, develops and administers schedules, and reviews production and shop drawings. His guidance keeps both the project team and subcontractors focused on both long and short term goals to ensure project success.
