New Perspective Senior Living

New Perspective, Boldt, and Iconica are working together to build this 155,500 square foot, 128-unit senior housing project in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

The three-story project is on the corner of East Broadway and Les Paul Parkway. The senior facility will have 92 independent living and assisted living units and 36 memory care units. Amenities include an upscale bistro, a state-of-the-art wellness center, warm water therapy pool and screened porches. The facility is placed in a central location of the community surrounded by housing and close by retail.

Iconica was selected as the low bidder for the construction project and is also providing MEP design services.
