Iconica Expands Senior Living Portfolio with Design-Build Project in Waukesha

WAUKESHA, Wis. — Iconica has been selected by Tukka Properties as the design-build partner for Lilyrose, a new 119-unit, 165,000-square-foot senior living community planned along Meadowbrook Drive in Waukesha.

Lilyrose will offer a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care. Lifespark will serve as the operator, overseeing community operations, resident programming, and engagement to support a high-quality daily experience for residents.

Iconica is leading architecture, engineering, and construction services for the project. With this integrated delivery approach, the team coordinates design, budget, schedule, and constructability from early planning through construction, keeping cost, quality, and timeline aligned throughout.

Construction is underway, and the community is scheduled for completion in Summer 2027.
