A New Chapter for Edgewood University’s Center for Health Sciences

Edgewood University recently celebrated the grand opening of its renovated Center for Health Sciences with an open house at its Deming Way campus in Madison, Wisconsin. The event marked both the launch of new academic programs and the unveiling of a refreshed, modern space, in which Iconica’s engineering, architectural, and construction teams collaborated to complete.

The 17,000 square-foot renovation transformed the existing space into a state-of-the-art learning environment that supports hands-on education for nursing and health sciences students. The facility now features updated classrooms, simulation labs, and collaborative areas where students can practice real-world scenarios in a safe and supportive setting.

During the open house, guests toured the new space, connected with faculty, and gained a deeper understanding of how the university is expanding opportunities for future healthcare professionals.

This project represents more than just a renovation — it’s a meaningful investment in the next generation of caregivers and community health leaders.

For over 50 years, Iconica has provided architecture, engineering, and general contracting services for commercial buildings — offered as a fully integrated design-build solution or as separate services. No matter how big or small the project, we’re proud to be a part of it. Congratulations to Edgewood University on this exciting new chapter!
