Iconica delivered a design-build solution for the 135-unit senior living facility, a ground-up project dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life. Designed with comfort, care, and independence in mind, this modern facility offers a range of living options, including Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living units.

  • A spacious, modern lobby. The area features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV displaying information. Dark wood accents and contemporary lighting complete the elegant design.
  • Community room with wooden floors and black-and-beige chairs around rectangular tables. There's a fireplace in the center, surrounded by dark wood panels. Elegant chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and framed art decorates the walls.
  • Dinning room and lounge with a bar, high stools, and several tables. Multiple TV screens are mounted on the wall above the bar. Pendant lights hang from the ceiling, and a stone fireplace is in the corner.
