Timeless Design Salon & Spa

The owner of Timeless Design Salon & Spa (formerly RZ & Company) sought a new and upscale location to attract the type of clientele vital to her successful hair salon and spa. After finding an ideal spot in downtown Middleton, she needed assistance with determining space needs, layout, and cost to help in negotiating an appropriate lease.

Iconica’s design team of architecture, interior design, and engineering wove her ideas into detailed plans to create a high-end spa matching her vision and budget. Once the lease was in place, she asked for guidance in navigating permits, design, bidding, and construction. Next, Iconica’s construction team bid on and built the project. The resulting 4,000 sf salon has 18 stations with the glamour and style to make this a modern classic.
