Middleton Hills
The project’s intention was to create an entry point into a New Urbanist community – the award-winning Middleton Hills subdivision development in Middleton, Wisconsin. Designed to meet the architectural design covenants established for the development, this three-building complex was intended to foster community and pedestrian-focused, street-oriented commerce on two levels. Consisting of a large anchor store and multiple restaurants, retail stores and office space, the project entailed extensive planning to meet the design and environmental requirements for the entire space.
FROM THE DESIGNER
The architectural standards demanded by the developer were substantial but beneficial to the overall project and in-line with the quality, sustainability and integration of Iconica. One building on the site in particular was so successful our client opted to model other facilities after Middleton Hills.
