Senior Housing Provider Adds on a New Facility Specially Designed for Memory Care

In 2019, Noel Manor Retirement Living added a 22,500 SF memory care facility, The Legacy at Noel Manor. The building sits across from the assisted living home near the Reddan soccer fields in Verona, Wisconsin. Our construction team collaborated with the Owner’s Architect, Owner and Operator to construct the building quickly through the winter months to provide a home for those on the growing waitlist for memory care.

The Legacy offers excellent memory care services to the community and is set up for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s who can no longer live in a home environment or assisted living. The building consists of 32 apartments along with a common area, dining room, lounge area, and outdoor patio. The Legacy provides a variety of services and activities specially created for their residents.
