KETTLE PARK SENIOR LIVING

Iconica was selected by Tealwood Senior Living and Tukka Properties to design a facility with senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care in Stoughton, Wisconsin. The facility will be part of the new Kettle Park West neighborhood, adding to the retail, apartments, and single-family homes being built in the area. The Iconica team created a Scandinavian themed design with high-pitched roofs to complement the local heritage and community of Stoughton. Colors selected from traditional Norwegian artwork combine with abundant natural lights and a blend of old and new furniture pieces to welcome residents and guests arriving at the facility.

Our architects balanced function and aesthetics to support staff operations while crafting a safe and beautiful place to live. The facility has 79 independent and assisted living apartments and 21 memory care apartments. The memory care unit joins through the main dining room and the large outdoor patio. Amenities include a walking path, putting green, and gardening beds outside and a game room, library, salon, fitness center and theater inside.
