Hickory Hill Academy

In 2020, Kids Express Learning Center, a preschool, summer camp, and before and after school program, transitioned to Hickory Hill Academy. Extending their educational programs, leaders recognized the impending need for additional space on their 10-acre campus. They decided to expand with a brand-new K-8 building to accommodate enrollment growth and provide older students with a separate, age-appropriate building.

To address this challenge, they enlisted the architectural design and engineering services of Iconica to create a new school. Large windows, vibrant color schemes, and innovative spaces were visualized in the design renderings produced by the architectural team, allowing the client to envision the intricate custom finishes, designs, and unique spaces before completion.

The new school features a full-size gym, library, science and STEM lab, music room, art room, cafeteria, and an indoor conservatory designed to house their flourishing community.
