- MEDICAL Iconica offers an HMO medical plan through Quartz with an option to buy-up a Point of Service (POS) plan for those wanting out of network providers. An HRA Health Plan is included with both the HMO and POS plans. An HRA is an employer-funded health benefit plan that reimburses employees for out-of-pocket medical expenses. Iconica covers 75% of the premium for you and your family
- DENTAL Iconica offers dental coverage through Delta Dental of Wisconsin. Delta Dental boasts a large network of dental providers. Iconica covers 70% of the premium for you and your family.

- Adoption Assistance – eligible adoption related expenses reimbursed up to a maximum of $5,000 per family per adopted child.

- Flexible Spending Accounts – use pre-tax money to pay for health expenses or dependent care expenses.
- COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT 8 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer. Iconica also matches employee donations to a charity of choice or provides donations in exchange for an employee’s unpaid volunteer time.
- DISABILITY and LIFE INSURANCE Receive up to 13 weeks of short-term disability at 60% of your weekly earnings and 60% of your monthly earnings for long-term disability. Iconica provides you $50,000 in basic life insurance. Voluntary life insurance is also available for you, your spouse and dependent child(ren) at an additional cost.
- 401(k) No long waiting periods! Available the first of the month after employment. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options. Iconica provides a contribution of 3% of your annual compensation.
- TIME OFF Depending on your level of experience, you are eligible for either 3 or 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year. You are also eligible for 7 paid holidays per year.
