- Health Insurance: Iconica offers a point of service (POS) and health maintenance organization (HMO) health plans for all full-time employees (30 hours/week and greater). We pay 75% of the premiums and offer generic and brand name drug programs.
- Dental Insurance: Iconica offers premier dental care through a national provider for all full-time employees (30 hours/week and greater). We pay 70% of the premiums; all preventive care is covered in full. The plan also offers orthodontics assistance.
