Tom focuses on business development where his passion for understanding our client’s business is an asset to any project. Our clients further benefit from his engineering background along with his extensive knowledge of construction techniques, architectural design and detailing, and project soft costs. His experience is invaluable in confirming the feasibility of project concepts and selecting systems and materials. Tom’s participation in the project’s conceptual stage ensures that the client’s vision is transformed into reality.
Jim leads the design and construction teams helping them to capture the client’s vision while preventing unnecessary costs. His 25 years of building industry experience and his business education help him to efficiently and consistently meet aggressive project schedules and provide early accurate cost estimates. Jim’s involvement during the design of projects ensures that construction will go smoothly.
With over 25 years of experience working in the construction and real estate industry, in both public accounting and private industry, Susan brings strong technical expertise along with a keen understanding of the complex compliance issues facing organization in the construction, real estate, and hospitality industries. A certified public accountant, Susan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), where she currently serves on the planning committee for the annual Tax Update Conference. Susan graduated summa cum laude from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a master of science – taxation degree.
Bob works closely with our clients to understand their businesses and help set project goals. His opinions and experience are welcomed by our clients in evaluating options throughout the project. Additional responsibilities include leading the architectural team via mentoring, directing project development and overseeing the successful integration of architectural and engineering design with construction, while encouraging innovation in each project.
John oversees one of Iconica’s Architectural teams as well as the Interior Design team and our Sustainable Design practice. He assists clients in the early stages of their projects to help determine site feasibility, program goals and design vision. John is responsible for ensuring the integration of the architectural process with the engineering and construction disciplines. His project experience ranges from residential to resort. John has been published in architecture, interior design and contract magazines.
Patrick manages Iconica’s our Structural Engineering teams as well as Geotechnical and Civil Consultants. His experience in integrating engineering, architectural and construction disciplines allows clients to target project dollars to areas that matter the most to them. Pat also ensures proper detailing and application of materials and is responsible for the quality of the engineering plans and specifications.
Jeff acts as client liaison for construction projects, technical advisor to project teams, and department manager resolving overarching schedule, cost, contract and liability issues. He guides the Construction Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure consistency in areas such as communication, quality and safety. His detail orientation and engineering background make him a great problem solver.
Todd leads our business development efforts and takes pride in truly understanding our clients’ needs and providing solutions. His approach is founded on delivering exceptional service, which in turn creates long-lasting, mutually satisfying relationships. Todd spent 20 years in commercial banking and 4 years in the sustainability industry before joining Iconica. He has been active in the community with Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Schools of Hope, and Leadership Greater Madison.
Brian brings over twenty years of experience with strengths in preconstruction, construction management and client retention. Most recently, Brian worked in the greater Chicagoland area with Blinderman Construction, as part of the executive level management team. His experience is enhanced with a BS in Architectural Engineering, including structural and environmental specialties, from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Chad shares his passion for engineering while leading the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for all projects. His goal is to balance function, controls and energy use within the parameters of budget, schedule and allotted space. His experience ranges from equipment replacements to large complex buildings for both public and private customers. Chad enjoys the relationships he has made with both clients and coworkers and likes the challenge of understanding new technologies and applications.
Jeremy works with many of our longtime customers while also managing the day to day operations of our architectural production teams. His attention to detail and organizational skills support the integration of systems and project details on specific projects. He translates those skills to best practices across all projects throughout the company. Jeremy’s experience is also valuable in the early project design stages to help customers assess the best course of action for a project.
